Dr. Zubaida Rahman

H.E. Dr. Zubaida Rahman is a physician. In 1995, she began her position in the public health cadre of the Bangladesh Civil Service as a doctor. Dr. Rahman earned her medical education from Dhaka Medical College and later pursued postgraduate medical studies at Imperial College London. Dr. Rahman returned to Bangladesh in 2025 with her husband, H.E. Mr. Tarique Rahman. Alongside her professional background as a doctor, she serves as the vice president of the Ziaur Rahman Foundation, actively advocating for public health reform, universal access to healthcare, and the expansion of primary care facilities across the nation.
