Host a Side Meeting

WHS 2026

Host a Side Meeting

The World Health Summit offers seven dedicated rooms on the second floor of the conference venue for partner and non-partner organizations to host smaller, self-organized meetings. Side meetings are designed for focused discussions on topics chosen by the oranizing institution, creating opportunities for deeper dialogues with a select audience.

What you need to know

  • Open to all: Both WHS partners and non-partner organizations can host a side meeting. Time slot availability depends on the number of slots reserved by partners. Non-partners receive feedback on their preferred time slots in order of submission; slots are then allocated on a first come, first served basis, accommodating preferences as far as possible.

  • Your content, your format: You decide the topic and format: workshop, panel discussion, open dialogue. Each session is 90 minutes long. A brief concept must be submitted and approved by WHS before your slot is confirmed.

  • You manage your meeting: You are responsible for inviting and managing your speakers and participants. You choose whether your meeting is open to all WHS participants, requires registration, or is by invitation only.

  • Hybrid supported: Hybrid meetings, livestreaming, and recording are supported across almost all packages. Simply create your meeting link in Teams or Zoom in advance; tech support is available throughout.

  • Please note: All speakers and participants must be registered for the World Health Summit 2026. A side meeting registration alone is not sufficient for access.
