Teresa Graham

Teresa Graham is the CEO of Roche Pharmaceuticals. Roche is the world’s largest biotech company, with truly differentiated medicines in oncology, immunology, infectious diseases, ophthalmology and diseases of the central nervous system. Teresa serves as a member of Roche’s Executive Committee, overseeing the Pharmaceutical Division. Leading an organisation of 42,000 people, she is passionate about working in partnership to develop solutions that accelerate innovation and access. Her tenure at Roche has seen her serve as the Head of Global Product Strategy and in roles leading life-cycle management, access, marketing and commercial units in the US and globally. Teresa has a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics and Public Policy from The George Washington University, Washington D.C., USA.
