Dagmar Mundani

Dagmar Maria Mundani, LL.M (UIUC), General Counsel of Siemens Healthineers AG. As General Counsel she is head of the worldwide function Legal, Compliance and ECC, an organization with around 325 employees worldwide (41 nationalities, active in 202 jurisdictions). Before joining Siemens Healthineers AG / Siemens Healthcare GmbH in this function in 2017 she worked in Corporate Development and Corporate Finance of Siemens AG as Senior Vice President M&A leading numerous projects including the Osram Spin Off, the acquisitions of Mentor Graphics, Dresser Rand and Invensys Rail, the divestment of Siemens IT Solutions to Atos. Prior to that she worked in various functions in the Legal Department among others as head of the legal finance team and head of legal venture capital team. Dagmar Mundani studied law at the Universities of Augsburg, Freiburg and University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana and was a teaching assistant at the University of Munich. She holds a Second State Exam of Bavaria where she is admitted to the bar and a First State Exam of Baden-Wuerttemberg.
