Philippe Francois

Philippe Francois is currently the head of Novartis Supply Chain organization worldwide. His current responsibilities include the support of all Novartis business divisions operating in more than 150 countries in the world. Philippe’s organization is supplying innovative medicines and generic drugs to distributors and direct to hospital channels. His team is connecting a large manufacturing network to a complex distribution network throughout the world. His mandate is to supply safe drugs, at the right place, at the right time, and constantly innovate to support new therapies wherever it is needed. Before joining Novartis Philippe FRANCOIS was the head of Supply Chain for Baxter healthcare where he developed a unique direct to patient channels worldwide. Philippe’s brings with him 25 years of international experience leading the supply chain function for multinationals in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.
