Carolin Fleischmann-Struzek

Dr. Carolin Fleischmann is research associate at the Jena University Hospital and leads the research area "Health Services Research in Infectious Diseases" at the Institute for Infectious Disease and Infection Control. Her main research focus is sepsis epidemiology, prevention and post-sepsis morbidity. She is one of the authors of the WHO "Global report on sepsis epidemiology" and published several systematic reviews and meta-analyses on the global burden of sepsis in adults and children.
