Teresa Graham is Head of Global Product Strategy, Roche Pharmaceuticals. Teresa joined Genentech, a member of the Roche Group, in 2005 and has led teams across life-cycle management, access, marketing and commercial in the US and globally. Prior to her current role, she served as Lifecycle Leader and Vice President for Rheumatology and Bio-Oncology Sales and Marketing in the US. Teresa is passionate about working in partnerships and co-creating integrated solutions to accelerate innovation and access. She is the sponsor of the Roche Policy Council and acts as the global ambassador for Health Equity and Health Literacy. She also steers the development of global policy and access strategies to drive Universal Health Coverage especially in low and middle income countries. As an active member of the Genentech External Council for Advancing Inclusive Research, Teresa is addressing many of the issues that will enable us to make a long-lasting and meaningful impact for patients, one of which is women’s health. She has commissioned a patient journey analysis specifically for women to drive conversations that look at integrated, holistic solutions for women and health systems. Teresa has also been an active participant in a number of women’s organisations for a long time now, and is very active in mentoring and coaching programmes. She serves on the Global Board of Directors for the Healthcare Business Women’s Association (HBA) to help further the advancement of women in the business of healthcare.
