Klara Karlsson

Klara Karlsson is head of Learning and development and member of the HR board at Karolinska university hospital in Stockholm, Sweden. Klara has extensive experience in health care organization, strategic business development and change management and in both New Zealand and Sweden. She has vast experience in leadership and nursing management in Intensive Care and Emergency. She holds a Masters degree in organizational management and leadership from Karolinska Institute and Bsc in Nursing from the Red Cross University in Stockholm.
