Prof. Dr. med. Markus Kosch leads the European and Canada Oncology business of Daiichi Sankyo governing 18 countries and an integrated and growing organization of regional teams and country organizations in commercial & sales functions, medical affairs and access teams. Dr. Kosch is a boarded expert in internal medicine and practiced at the University Hospital Münster until 2005 where he still teaches. W ith over 15 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry in international and leadership roles at Wyeth Pharmaceutical and Pfizer he lives a focus on building teams and culture. Before joining Daiichi Sankyo, he served in a number of senior Medical, Commercial & General Management roles in Germany, EU, and Global Oncology.
His core leadership principles and values are authenticity, collaboration and optimism and he aims to lead by example living inclusiveness, building trust and shared leadership to drive culture.
