Dr Arlene Chua is an Infectious Disease physician and Public Health specialist and is the Leader of Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) International Diagnostic Network Working Group. She has previous experience working as a medical doctor for MSF, for the Department of Infectious Diseases Tan Tock Seng Hospital, as Diagnostics Policy Advisor and Antimicrobial Resistance Advisor of MSF Access Campaign in Geneva. She has also worked as a consultant for the World Health Organization (WHO) R&D Blueprint.
