Cristina Castro is currently the Africa Strategy Tech Ops Program lead within Roche Global Pharma Supply Chain Management Organization. Responsible for leading implementation of innovative, lean and long-term sustainable supply Chain models in Sub-Saharan African Region (SSA), with major focus on delivering compliant, safe and high quality medicines to patients. In close collaboration with commercial and market access teams, Cristina has led the implementation of new models in Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana and Sudan supporting countries’ business and market access strategies. Chemical Engineer with 18 years of experience in Global Supply Chain Management within Pharma, Consumer Goods, Telecommunications and Oil and Gas sector, leading global cross-functional and multicultural teams in both developed and developing markets.
