Paula Head

Paula is Policy Value and Access Lead for Roche Pharmaceuticals in the UK and has a particular passion for people who work in health and care. Before she came to Roche she was a senior fellow in leadership at the King’s Fund, an internationally recognised health and care think tank. At the King's Fund she focused on clinical and care professional leadership, culture and board governance and development. She began her career as a pharmacist before moving to hospital operational management then digital and system business transformation in the health sector, moving on to become an experienced Chief Executive leading University Hospital Southampton - a large research and teaching hospital;, Royal SUrrey County - an internationally recognised cancer center and Sussex Community Trust where she bought five organisations together together to form the largest community provider in the country.
