Sabine Vogler

Dr. Sabine Vogler is Head of the WHO Collaborating Centre for Pharmaceutical Pricing and Reimbursement Policies affiliated to the Pharmacoeconomic Department at Gesundheit Österreich GmbH (GÖG / Austrian Public Health Institute) and Head of the Pharmacoeconomic Department at GÖG. Dr. Sabine Vogler is senior researcher and has expertise and in-depth knowledge about European countries with regard to pharmaceutical pricing/prices, reimbursement and distribution, as well as cost-containment reforms, access and affordability issues. She has been the principal investigator of large research projects commissioned by the Austrian Ministry of Health, the European Commission and the World Health Organization. She is also a founding member of the PPRI (Pharmaceutical Pricing and Reimbursement Information) network of competent authorities that are responsible for pharmaceutical pricing and reimbursement policies in 46, mainly European, countries. She published around 100 studies, articles and reports.
