Richard Jansen

Richard Jansen is responsible for the establishment of and leading Medtronic’s Services & Solutions business in the larger European and Russian territories since 2015. Prior to this, he held the role of Director of Operations, Supply Chain and Customer service for the Eastern European region. Richard has over 15 years of experience in the medical device industry and has a wealth of experience in strategic planning, business development and operations management. Richard has lead a portfolio of successfully completed projects in value-based healthcare and operational excellence in healthcare. He has implemented large scale healthcare transformation initiatives through partnering with various international healthcare stakeholders, including many large University Medical Centers, large private providers, Governments, Health Insurances and HMO’s. Richard holds a bachelor’s degree in finance & accounting, a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a master’s degree in business administration, various lean and six sigma certifications and completed several advanced leadership programs.
