Andrea Rappagliosi

Dr. Andrea Rappagliosi is the Vice President of Market Access, Health Policy and Medical Affairs at Sanofi Pasteur MSD. Andrea most recently worked with GlaxoSmithKline as Vice President of European Government Affairs & Head of the Brussels Office. Since 1992, he has held pharmaceutical management positions at Serono International (now Merck Serono International), Baxter Healthcare, and The Ares-Serono Group. Throughout his career, he has been a member of key European pharmaceutical and bioscience boards, working groups and steering commitees. He was most recently named President of Vaccines Europe. Andrea began his career in the Italian Government. Andrea received a law degree from the University of Rome 'La Sapienza' and obtained a Legislative Consultant Diploma (LLM) at the Istituto Superiore dei Studi Legislativi (ISLE) – Scuola di scienza e tecnica della legislazione.
