Constanze Bönig

Desk Officer Humanitarian Aid and Development Cooperation, Vétérinaires Sans Frontières Germany (VSFG)/Tierärzte ohne Grenzen e.V. (ToGeV) Constanze Bönig grew up in a household of veterinarians and holds a degree in International Business and Cultural Studies (Univ. Passau) and a postgraduate master in Peace and Security Studies (Institute for Peace Research and Security Policy Hamburg). Her upbringing and education as well as her work experience in conflict contexts sensitised her for the interconnectedness of the world. As part of the Programmes Department, she provides backstopping and management support to VSFG’s humanitarian and development work. In many of their projects, VSFG applies the One Health approach and that way contributes to accelerating the progress on NTDs and the improvement of health and wellbeing of humans, animals and the environment.
