My mission has been to strengthen healthcare delivery through innovation and accountability. I have led the solarization of primary health centers (PHCs) to enhance service reliability, introduced a new salary structure for doctors to address workforce shortages, and implemented cash incentives for expectant mothers to encourage facility-based deliveries. Our revamped ambulance system—featuring Cognitive Voice Gateway (CVG) technology and ambulance tricycles—has transformed emergency care access. These efforts have not only improved maternal and neonatal health outcomes but have also set a precedent for sustainable, high-impact healthcare reforms.
