Natalia Pshenichnaya is the Head of Programmes at GSMA. She is overseeing the portfolio of projects across Africa and Asia as well as investment decisions and implementation support to members and partners. She has been working on mobile solutions for rural segments since 2010. Natalia has worked on digital health for four years in partnership with private sector players and have published a range of resources for the industry, including: ‘Scaling Digital Health report’
Prior to working with GSMA Natalia has worked with a mobile operator MegaFon in Russia specialising in VAS development and marketing. She holds an MBA from the University of Oxford and MS in Economics from the University of St. Petersburg, Russia.
