Helene Maucher

Since 2020, Ms. Maucher has been the Head of Corporate Nursing Strategy at Sana Kliniken AG. Already since 2013, she has served as Director of Nursing at the University and Rehabilitation Clinics Ulm (RKU), since 2020 in a dual leadership. In 2018, she was named nursing manager of the year. Through the Robert Bosch Foundation's shadowing program, she has already shadowed as a scholarship recipient at UF Health Florida, among other institutions. Ms. Maucher is also a senator at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University and a lecturer at the Akkon University of Human Sciences in Berlin. RKU and Ms. Maucher is participating in the Magnet®4Europe study since 2019.
