Tanja Brycker

Tanja Brycker’s expanding leadership at Hologic began with her role as Vice President of Breast and Skeletal Health Solutions for the EMEAC (Europe, Middle East, Africa and Canada) region, then as Vice President of Europe North and currently as Vice President of Strategic Development for Breast, Skeletal and Surgical Solutions across EMEAC and Asia Pacific. She started her career 35 years ago as a nurse before moving into the medical-device industry, seeking to make a positive impact on more patients – and do so earlier in the healthcare process. That same motivation spurred Brycker to move from her native Australia in 2017 to join Hologic in Europe. Brycker holds degrees in nursing and marketing, and has completed leadership programs at the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian Graduate School of Management.
