As an experienced person in the inclusion of the program beneficiaries and their communities in program management, Ms. Sahayarani Antony has around 15 years of work experience in development cooperation in low and middle income countries. Currently working as the inclusion advisor for DAHW (German leprosy and TB Relief association) in Germany, she has spearheaded many projects and researches which are recognised by the Donors and other stakeholder for their inclusive nature. Her strong understanding and experience in guiding and supporting projects in disability inclusive community development processes has earned her a place among various international actors who are working with/for people with disabilities. ‘engaging communities’ is her core skills. Prior to coming to Germany, She was working with an indigenous community in India for their right to health, land and livelihood.
