Jocelyn is a Health economist (statistician and economist by training) and head of the Department of nomenclature of medical interventions (DACT) at the National Health Insurance Fund (Cnam) in France. Before that, he has held various responsibilities in the health administration sector as head of the department of Strategic Research and head of the department of Medical Products at the national health insurance fund. Previously, he was also responsible for the health economics office at the ministry of health. The DACT is mainly concerned by the risk management of medical health interventions expenditures including nonphysician providers and limited-license practitioners activity. The department is in charge of registration, maintenance and pricing of health interventions. He also participates in negotiations with healthcare professionals and agreements management, particularly on classification issues.
