Josh O'Harra

Josh O’Harra is a Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Eli Lilly. Josh is responsible for leading Lilly’s Global Public Policy function as well as its Regulatory Affairs Legal Team. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Josh was the lead US Government contracts lawyer and negotiated multiple agreements with the US Government related to the acquisition, purchase, and distribution of Lilly’s COVID-19 therapeutics. Josh received his B.A. from Lafayette College, his Master’s of Applied Economics from the University of Michigan, and his J.D. from Georgetown University.
