Kyra Constanze Pauly

Kyra is the Vice President and Head of Societal Engagement and Foundations at Bayer AG, and the Managing Director of Bayer Foundation. Led by the vision of a world of health for all, hunger for none, she and her team are utilizing the power of philanthropy to build capacity in health and agriculture in the global south and to foster scientific excellence and democracy around the world. With extensive experience across the health and agricultural sectors, Kyra has held various leadership roles in research and development, marketing, strategy, management consulting, business development, and sustainability. She is passionate about catalyzing partnerships and innovations that drive sustainable business solutions and a positive societal impact. Kyra holds a diploma in Health Economics from the University of Cologne, Germany.
