Frank Neumann

Frank Neumann is Coordinator for the foreign-policy dimensions of global health at Germany’s Federal Foreign Office. He previously served as Deputy Head at the German Embassy in Kuwait. Earlier postings include positions as Deputy Head of the German Embassies in the U.A.E. and in Sudan.
