Roy Dahildahil

Roy Dahildahil is a graduate of public health and health informatics at the University of the Philippines. In 2016, he co-founded #MentalHealthPH, a non-stock and not-for-profit organization that aims to create safe spaces where mental health is valued, promoted, and supported. Guided by their 3S Framework (Self, Society, System) and 3Os approach (Online, On-ground, and Onward), the organization maximizes different digital technologies and innovations to raise awareness on mental health and improve access to information, especially on how and where to seek help for mental health concerns. Currently, Roy is working with a multi-disciplinary team helping a government hospital transform its health information system digitally. Roy is queer and proud, a 2021 One Young World Ambassador and one of the 50 Leading Lights: Kindness and Leadership Listee in Asia Pacific in 2022. He believes in the radical power of kindness in creating a more safe and enabling society.
