Salif Samake

Doctor Salif SAMAKE (MD, MPH) was in charge of strategic planning and partnership in health, coordinates the Malian Health and Social Development Program after having assumed many prominent technical positions in the department. Actually he is Permanent Secretary of The Ministry of Health in Mali. Having high-level experience in Health Policy, Global Health, and Health System Strengthening, he is specialized in health aid efficiency and human resources for health development in West, Central, and Southern Africa (WCA). He is a committed advocate for equitable partnerships for health development and for national leadership in health. Dr SAMAKE is also a prominent stakeholder in the international health development community. He is a regular consultant and advisor for key international organizations such WHO, Unicef, World Bank,AfDB, UNFPA and countries in WCA.
