About Jolanta Sobierańska-Grenda

Born on July 17, 1973, in Malbork. Legal advisor and manager. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk. She completed an MBA in Healthcare Management at Kozminski University in Warsaw and holds a Ph.D. in social sciences (economics and finance) from the University of Gdańsk’s Faculty of Management. With over 15 years of experience in local government administration, she held leadership roles at both county (Secretary of Malbork County) and regional levels (Director of the Health Department of the Pomorskie Marshal's Office). From 2006 to 2020, she was involved in the restructuring and debt relief of around 30 hospitals in Poland. In 2017, she was appointed to the board and later became president of Szpitale Pomorskie Sp. z o.o. in Gdynia. In 2024–2025, she advised the Podlaskie Voivodeship on strategies for medical institutions. Chair of the National Council of the Polish Hospital Federation (2024–2030 term) and a member of the International Hospital Federation Awards Committee. She teaches MBA courses for healthcare professionals at Kozminski University, Lazarski University, the University of Economics and Humanities, and the Medical University of Białystok.
