Lourdes de la Peza

Lourdes de la Peza is currently Principal Technical Advisor on management and leadership for USAID's Leadership, Management & Governance (LMG) project. She has been with MSH since 1995. An organizational development specialist, Lourdes is a skilled consultant, trainer, facilitator, communicator, virtual trainer, training designer, trainer of trainers and executive coach in the areas of leadership development, management skills, organizational development, and governance. She has worked with governmental and private sector organizations, both health and non-health, in Latin America, the Caribbean region and Anglophone Africa.
