He is Specialist in Family and Community Medicine and the coordinator of the strategy for prevention and health promotion in Madrid City Council. He has worked for Madrid Salud, the public health agency of the Madrid City Council, since 2021, where he has coordinated the prevention and health promotion strategy. Previously he has also been actively involved in training family and community medicine specialists, including doctors and nurses.
Based in Madrid, he has experience in designing and implementing public health strategies, particularly focusing on non-communicable diseases and health problems according to life stages. He holds Master's degrees in Health Planning and Management and Clinical Research in Medicine. He is committed to advancing multisectoral approaches to improving population health.
