Zoe Boutilier

Zoe Boutilier is Global Health Program Officer at Canada’s International Development Research Centre (IDRC), with over fifteen years’ experience in designing, managing and implementing global health programs and projects. Specialising in health systems and policy research, research capacity strengthening, and program monitoring and evaluation, Zoe has worked in several Latin American and Asian countries and for diverse development organisations including the Micronutrient Initiative, Oxfam Quebec, CUSO, and Canada World Youth.
