Christian Kroll

Dr. Christian Kroll is Scientific Director of the SDG Index and Dashboard – a collaboration between the Bertelsmann Stiftung and the Sustainable Development Solutions Network. Kroll is a Guest Lecturer at the Hertie School of Governance and has held positions at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, Jacobs University Bremen and the London School of Economics and Political Science from where he received his PhD. Previously, he gained experience with the United Nations in New York (Department of Political Affairs), the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung in Antananarivo / Madagascar and whilst working for an MP in the German Parliament. He holds an M.A. in Sociology from Hamburg University and a Licence in Social Anthropology from the Université de La Réunion (France).
