Young Leaders in Global Health Award

The Young Leaders in Global Health Award recognizes emerging leaders making impactful contributions to global health in academia. Each WHS Academic Alliance member institution was invited to nominate candidates. Five outstanding individuals have been awarded travel grants to attend the WHS Regional Meeting in New Delhi, hosted by NIMS University.
NIMS University and the WHS Academic Alliance are thrilled to announce the winners of the Young Leaders in Global Health Award! Congratulations goes to:
- Afifah Rahman-Shepherd, nominated by the National University of Singapore
- Antonia Morita Saktiawati, nominated by the InterAcademy Partnership
- Rosebella Iseme-Ondiek, nominated by Aga Khan University
- Valentina Baccolini, nominated by the Sapienza University of Rome
- Lai Francisco Tsz Tsun, nominated by Hong Kong University
