The first WHS Academic Alliance Working Group was officially launched in collaboration with UNICEF and Blockchain for Impact (BFI), with NIMS University (India) serving as the central secretariat.

Finalized during WHS 2025, the working group brings together global experts to advance maternal and child health through evidence-based and context-specific approaches.

By fostering cross-sector collaboration, the working group will develop and implement scalable strategies to improve health outcomes for mothers and children worldwide.
