In 2025, the World Health Summit will make a total of six side meetings available to be hosted by successful applicant organizations. On each of the three days of the World Health Summit (October 12-14, Berlin), two side meetings in either a roundtable setup or in a theater-style setup can be hosted by youth organizations or civil society organizations.  

The World Health Summit will provide the opportunity to host “basic side meetings”, meaning the sessions are self-administered and technical support staff is only available in emergencies.
