* Discounted rates are available for students up to the age of 32 years. Students must submit a proof of enrollment at an academic institution. The organizer reserves the right to decline any discount. ** All prices include a ticket for the WHS Night (Monday Oct. 16). Single tickets for the WHS Night without admission to the World Health Summit can be purchased for 40 Euro each on-site.
The Full Registration package includes admission to the scientific program, refreshments and lunch every day during the World Health Summit.
Day Passes include admission to the scientific program of the day, conference materials, coffee breaks and lunch on the day the pass is valid.
Attendees bear the sole responsibility for the organization and acquisition of any individual visa requirements. WHS attendees who require a valid entry visa for Germany or the EU must allow sufficient time for the application procedure. To determine how much time is needed to process a visa application, attendees should contact the nearest embassy or consulate in their home country. The organizers will not directly contact embassies or consulates on behalf of visa applicants.
Identification / Access to the Venue
To enter the venue, all attendees must present a valid photo identity card / passport or similar government-issued personal photo ID.
