Registration
Delegates who have received their badges in advance do not need to register on-site. They may directly proceed to the conference areas.
Those without pre-mailed badges need to check in at the appropriate registration desk. The registration desk is open during the following times:
Sunday, October 20st 9.30 - 19.30
Monday, October 21st 6.45 - 18.00
Tuesday, October 22nd 6.45 - 18.00
Details
Full Registration includes: Admission to the Scientific Program for the full duration of the Summit, Conference Materials, Coffee Breaks and Lunches.
Day Passes include Admission to the Scientific Program of the day, Conference Materials, Coffee Breaks and Lunches.
(*) Employment for a Non-Profit-Organization, Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin or being a student must be proven by a signed confirmation letter from the organization on the organization’s letterhead. Please submit confirmation letter via mail or email to: registration(at)worldhealthsummit.org.
Visa Requirements
It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to care for his/her visa requirements. Attendees who require an entry visa must allow sufficient time for the application procedure. Attendees should contact the nearest embassy or consulate to determine the appropriate timing of their visa applications. The summit organizers will not directly contact embassies or consulates on behalf of visa applicants.
