Details

The Full Registration package includes admission to the scientific program, refreshments and lunch every day during the World Health Summit.

Day Passes include admission to the scientific program of the day, conference materials, coffee breaks and lunch on the day the pass is valid.

Visa Requirements

Attendees bear the sole responsibility for the organization and acquisition of any individual visa requirements. WHS attendees who require a valid entry visa for Germany or the EU must allow sufficient time for the application procedure. To determine how much time is needed to process a visa application, attendees should contact the nearest embassy or consulate in their home country. The organizers will not directly contact embassies or consulates on behalf of visa applicants.

Identification / Access to the Venue

To enter the venue (German Federal Foreign Office), all attendees must present a valid photo identity card / passport or similar government-issued personal photo ID. This mandatory security checking process will be enforced regardless of whether an attendee has registered prior to the Summit. Security checks are mandatory for everyone who wants to enter the Federal Foreign Office premises. We therefore kindly ask you to refrain from bringing luggage to the venue, as this will slow down the security check process.

The general terms & conditions for registration and accommodation can be accessed here.
