World Health Summit
Regional Meeting in Singapore 2013

Asia presents new growth opportunities with a growing base of aging population and rising affluence. By 2050, the United Nations expects Asia’s population aged 60 to grow beyond 100 million. Alongside this development, Asians’ growing purchasing power will fuel greater demand for better quality health care systems and solutions. The challenge facing governments and health care providers is to do more with less and produce better outcome at lower cost.

In view of the dynamic developments within Asia, the World Health Summit will be holding its first regional meeting outside of Berlin, in Singapore to provide a platform for health care policy makers, experts, and practitioners to discuss and exchange ideas on current issues of medical research, innovation and health systems and find solutions for today’s health challenges in Asia.

Themed “Health for Sustainable Development in Asia” this high level meeting will be held in Singapore from April 8th to 10th, 2013, at the Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore. The Prime Minister of Singapore, Mr Lee Hsien Loong, will be Guest-of-Honor at the Official Opening Ceremony on April 8th.

Don’t miss this landmark event and your opportunity to meet with the who’s who in Asia!
